By placing an order with Valley Bloom Shop you agree to these terms. All prices are in USD. Everything we make is created to order using fresh, seasonal flowers, so a few of our policies reflect the natural, perishable nature of what we do.
Orders & Pricing
When you place an order you’re making an offer to purchase, which we accept once we begin preparing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Please provide an accurate delivery address and recipient phone number at checkout.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card number.
Fresh Flowers & Substitutions
Flowers are a natural, seasonal product, and color, size, shape, and bloom stage will vary — these variations are part of their charm, not defects. The photos on our site are representative; your arrangement will reflect the style and palette shown even if the exact stems differ. Full details are in our Substitution Policy.
Delivery & Pickup
Responsibility for your flowers passes to you once the order has been delivered or picked up. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, venue access, or other circumstances beyond our control. See our Delivery Policy for areas, fees, and timing.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our arrangements are made fresh to order, refund and cancellation terms follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Care Outdoors
Once flowers leave our hands, we can’t be responsible for damage caused by heat, wind, rain, direct sun, freezing temperatures, or other environmental conditions. These can affect how long blooms last and how they look.
Weddings & Events
Wedding and event florals are booked under a separate signed contract that includes its own retainer, payment schedule, change, and cancellation terms. Where that signed contract and these website terms differ, the signed contract controls. To start an event order, please use our Weddings & Events inquiry form.
Rental Items
Any items provided on a rental basis — vases, stands, vessels, arches, candle holders, and similar décor — remain the property of Valley Bloom Shop and must be returned in the condition received. You’re responsible for replacement costs for rental items that are lost, damaged, or not returned.
Photography
We may photograph our finished work and use those images for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing. If you’d prefer we not feature your order, just let us know.
Force Majeure
We aren’t liable for delays or an inability to fulfill an order due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supplier interruptions, illness, or public emergencies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version here. Continuing to use the site or place orders means you accept the current terms.
